Emergency and Out of Hours Calls

We are proudly an independent practice, covering our own emergency and out of hours calls. If you have an emergency out of hours (5pm-8am) please call the practice on 01420 571690 and you will be transferred to the on-call veterinary surgeon.

Zone/Area Visits

We offer visits to the Kent area on select days during the week. Please contact the practice to confirm our zone days if you are interested in booking.

Appointments are scheduled in advance, on a first-come-first-served basis, therefore please contact the practice in plenty of time to avoid disappointment.

We will try to adhere to your appointment time requests as best as possible, however due to the distance travelled by our veterinary surgeons and their travel route for the day, this is not always possible.

*Please be advised we do not offer an emergency service for the Kent area. Clients within this catchment area must be registered with a local veterinary practice in case of emergencies.*
