Emergency and Out of Hours Calls
We are proudly an independent practice and cover the majority of our own emergency and out-of-hours calls. If you have an emergency between 5pm and 8am, please call the practice on 01420 571690 and you will be transferred directly to the on-call veterinary surgeon.

Occasionally, we may work with another trusted independent veterinary practice to cover certain weekends, but rest assured, you will never be diverted to a faceless call centre or out-of-hours service. Your call will always be answered by someone who understands the needs of you and your horse.
Zone/Area Visits
We offer visits to the Kent area on select days during the week. Please contact the practice to confirm our zone days if you are interested in booking.

Appointments are scheduled in advance, on a first-come-first-served basis, therefore please contact the practice in plenty of time to avoid disappointment.

We will try to adhere to your appointment time requests as best as possible, however due to the distance travelled by our veterinary surgeons and their travel route for the day, this is not always possible.
