New Payment Terms for Pre-Purchase Examinations (PPEs)

– Making the Process Smoother and More Transparent for Everyone
We’re making some important updates to the way we handle bookings for Pre-Purchase Examinations (vettings) to help streamline the process for both our clients and our veterinary team.
💳 Upfront Payment Required
From now on, full payment will be required in advance to confirm and secure your PPE appointment. This ensures that your booking is locked in and allows us to prepare everything we need ahead of time.
You’ll receive an invoice detailing the services included in your confirmation email. This gives you complete transparency about the costs involved – so there are no surprises once the vetting is completed.

Paying upfront offers several benefits:
Faster Vet Feedback
No need to wait for the office to process payment before the vet can discuss findings with you — the attending vet can call you directly after the appointment, without delay.
Clear, Upfront Pricing
You’ll know exactly what you're paying for before the examination takes place, allowing you to budget and plan with confidence.
Efficient Scheduling
Your appointment is fully secured, and we’re able to allocate time and resources more efficiently for you and your horse.
📅 Cancellations & Refund Policy
We understand that plans can change, and we do our best to be flexible. If you need to cancel your PPE appointment:
Cancellations made before the scheduled appointment time are eligible for a full refund, minus a £60 administrative fee (including VAT) to cover scheduling and processing costs.
Cancellations made after the scheduled time or missed appointments may not be eligible for a refund.
We recommend contacting us as soon as possible if you need to make any changes to your booking.
