2025 August Bank Holiday Opening Times

Due to the August bank holiday on Monday 26th August, the office will be closed from 5pm on Friday 22nd August. The office will re-open again on Tuesday 26th August at 8am.

If you have an emergency, please call 01420 571690, and you will be transferred to the on-call out of hours veterinary surgeon. Please be advised they will not be able to assist with administration queries.

Any administration queries, including requests for medication and prescriptions, received after 5pm on Friday 22nd August will be actioned from 8am on Tuesday 26th August, when the office re-opens.

If you have scheduled a pre-purchase examination for the tail-end of this week, we will endeavour to send vetting certificates before the bank holiday weekend, however this cannot be guaranteed.

We strongly recommend placing any orders for medication and prescriptions as soon as possible, and in plenty of time, to avoid any delays. Medication orders received after 4:00pm on Friday 22nd August will be posted on Tuesday 26th August.
