With Easter fast approaching, we wanted to share our opening hours and a few important reminders to help ensure your horses stay happy and healthy over the Bank Holiday period.

📅 Easter Opening Hours

• Thursday 2nd April: Open as normal (8am–5pm)

• Friday 3rd April: Closed – emergencies only

• Saturday 4th April: Closed – emergencies only

• Sunday 5th April: Closed – emergencies only

• Monday 6th April: Closed – emergencies only

• Tuesday 7th April: Open as normal (8am–5pm)

  
  

As always, our emergency vet is available 24/7 throughout the entire Easter period.

💊 Ordering Medication Over Easter

To avoid delays or running out of essential medications, please allow extra time for us to prepare, approve, and dispatch your prescriptions.

For guaranteed delivery before Easter:➡️ Please order all routine medications by 4pm on Wednesday 1st April

• Medications posted after this date will not be attempted for delivery until Saturday 4th April

• Chilled medications requested after Wednesday 1st April will be sent on Tuesday 7th April, to ensure they remain at the correct temperature and arrive safely

Please note:

• Medications must be approved by a vet

• Full payment is required before dispatch

• Usual terms for posting medications apply

• We cannot accept liability for postal delays over the Easter period

🧾 Written Prescription Requests

For prescription-only medications:

• Your horse must have been seen recently by a vet

• If you require a written prescription to order online, please request this as early as possible, as all prescriptions must be reviewed and signed by a vet

🚨 Emergencies

If you have an emergency at any point over the Easter period, please don’t hesitate to call. We will always have a vet available, even on Bank Holidays.
